Intro to IDDE - VILT Session
This 2.5-hour virtual instructor led training educates professionals about the main tenets of the Illicit Discharge Detection & Elimination (IDDE) program.
The program will discuss the authorized non-stormwater discharges as well as the basics of illicit discharge detection, outfall inspections, and effluent monitoring & sampling.

CESCL Full Course - Live VILT Session
The 6 hour VILT day is broken into three (3) sessions with breaks in between. The video conference format allows you to communicate with your instructor and collaborate with fellow learners.
This Ecology approved Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) certification is required to perform stormwater monitoring and inspections on construction sites in Washington and Oregon.
